We understand the time and effort it took for you to find us, and to choose the right print of your liking. We are completely dedicated, to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. To ensure this, we package your item very carefully. We use the best and the strongest packaging supplies. So it arrives, just as we sent it.

Below I will describe how your different shipments are packaged, and what steps we take to ensure its safe passage.

Wholesale Framed Art.

Once we receive your order, we get to work immediately, we understand, time is of the essence and you have already paid for the item, so we make every effort possible to get it out in 24 hours.

First we make a print out of your order, this eliminates miss-picks and your print is picked from its location in the warehouse, we use gloves to handle your prints, to prevent smudges with finger prints.

The Art print is then carefully placed on acid free Kraft paper. And thin tissue paper is placed over and in between each print, if your order consists of multiple prints.

A Piece of corrugated sheet is placed on top of it and carefully rolled into a weight appropriate corrugated tube. We continuously monitor our damages and are proud to say that we have very little shipping damage.

Once your shipment is ready to ship a shipping label is generated and is checked with the printed order to make sure that the right package is shipped to the right customer.

We send an e mail to you, the customer informing you to be on the look out for your package and an estimated date of delivery is mentioned along with your tracking number.

Once we receive your framed art print, or framed art poster order, a print out of the order is taken showing us exactly how you want your art work framed. This then goes into production. Which is inspected to make sure that it is, what you ordered.

Once your order is ready to ship it is carefully inspected for any flaws, and once cleared to ship, it goes to the shipping department. First we place tissue paper on the front of your art work and then the complete picture if bubble wrapped.

This wrapping material is then secured by tape to make sure there is no shifting with in the box. This is then inserted in a Cardboard box suitable for the weight of the framed art.

At this point the item is carefully inspected as to the accuracy of the item with your shipping instructions and a shipping label is generated and an e-mail sent to you confirming the tracking number and expected time of arrival.

If you have established a Wholesale Account with our company, and place an order, using your wholesale account log in and password protected account. We start producing your framed pieces immediately. Upon completion of your order, it is carefully inspected for accuracy and sent to the shipping department.

Wholesale orders are always sent via Common Carriers like R& L Carriers or yellow freight. If your company has an account with or have a preferred carrier please make sure to let us know so we use only them.

After inspection the order is then placed on specially made pallets that have a wooden back built into it for support. The framed art is carefully stacked and protected on all sides with heavy C flute cardboard sheeting and then Cling wrapped with a heavy gauge wrapping material; this in turn is secured with heavy duty bands to protect shifting in transit.

Please be sure, to let us know if your facility can accommodate a large 18 wheel truck and also if you have a loading dock. If not we will ship on special truck that have a special lifting mechanism to bring the pallet to the ground. This is called a Lift Gate Service and has to be specified at the time of shipping.
