| Do
we use real glass? |
Yes
we do, on most pictures and framed art 16
by 20 inches and below, We use real glass
and you may have a choice of our quality
clear glass or a Non-reflective glass. On
Larger sizes it is not practical to use
real glass. Because Of damage concerns in
shipping, we offer Acrylic (plastic sheet)
or Lamination to protect the artwork. |

| Is
it a Poster or a Print? |
Most
all Art work we carry is Quality Art prints
printed with quality inks on Acid free paper.
The quality of the prints and paper determine
if it is a Poster or a print. We do however
carry some posters. Typically Posters are
normally printed on thin Paper and are usually
of short term interest for example Movie
posters and Pin up Posters |

| How closely will my
print match the Image I am looking at on my
computer? |
The Images are carefully photographed
to match the actual print, however each
computer Screen is configured differently
so your actual colors may vary. Actually
the print almost always Looks much better
than the small thumbnail image on the
screen, the small image does not Capture
the details or the vibrant colors that
are on the Actual Art Print.
However if for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase we will gladly
refund your money and accept the item
back. Same is true of the Frames and of
the matting that we offer.

| What forms of payment
do you accept? |
We
prefer Payment with Paypal. Through this
secure Payment Gateway you can use all Credit
cards E checks and Debit Cards. You can
make a payment with your own Paypal account.
We will accept your personal and company
checks this however delays the shipment.
We do not Accept Money orders, we have found
they are hard to track and if lost in the
mail it becomes very hard to prove to the
customer that we did not receive the MONEY
ORDER. We encourage you to check this very

| Do we have to order
online? |
No
you don’t have to order online but
we strongly recommend that you do. The chances
of error are eliminated and we both have
a written record of your order as it came
to us I have found that human error is eliminated,
and you have a better understanding of your
order when you take your time deciding.
We would however be glad to talk to you
just call 1 800 777 7777 and we will help
You with suggestions and your order and
then confirm the order in an email. |

| How can I track my order? |
Once
you have confirmed your order it will go
into production and a shipping label will
be generated for your item. We currently
use UPS shipping and a tracking number will
be emailed to you for your reference. You
can visit www.ups.com
and track your shipment there. You may also

and log into your account and see your order
status.

| Do you charge sales
tax? |
For
Residents and Businesses located in the
State of Georgia we charge a 6.50 Percent
Sales and Use tax. However, there is no
Sales Tax for non profit and Sales Tax Exempt
entities. For All other Customers from all
other States, and International Customers,
there is no Sales Tax.

is My Information? |
We
at UsBlackart.com take your privacy very
seriously; we do not sell your information
to any vendors. We will never solicit, offer
for sale, or send you our special offers
unless you give us your express permission
to do so. If you sign up for our email Special
offers only then you will receive our promotions
and Special Sales notifications. We will
provide you an Unsubscribe option so you,
at your will, may at any time unsubscribe
the emails and they will stop coming to

| How long will it take
for delivery? |
Once we have a Confirmed Order, We get
to work right away, your Order if it is
for Art Prints, and Posters is usually
processed in 24 hours we take utmost care
in Packaging and Once Packed it will be
shipped via UPS or USPS. We however, may
choose a different Carrier. Having generated
a Shipping Label it usually takes any
where between 1 to 5 Days for Ground Shipment.
If you so require we can ship express
Shipping but the charges will be higher.
All International Shipments take between
3 to 14 days depending upon the final
destination. For framed artwork we require
3 additional days for framing.

| How do you package my
items? |
We
have a 100 percent Satisfaction Policy.
We can not cut corners on Packaging, Your
Package if packed using all new packaging
materials. The Artwork if first wrapped
in Heavy Stock Kraft paper and then Bubble
wrapped and inserted into Heavy C flute
Cardboard Boxes, or sturdy tubes according
to the weight of the item being shipped.

| What about Insurance? |
| We ship your order fully
insured up to the value of the purchase price. |
|
| What if the package
arrives damaged? |
If your package arrives damaged, we request
that you let the carrier (shipping Company)
Know that it arrived damaged and do not
accept it. Upon notification we will immediately
Ship you another package.

| What if I accept the
package but the item is damaged inside? |
In this case we will refund your money
Please keep the item and the Packing material
because the shipping company sometimes
want it for the salvage value, or they
might request that you Send it back. We
will immediately replace your item with
a new one.

| Who pays for the Customs
for International Shipments? |
Any and all Import Taxes and Customs
duties are the responsibility of the Customer.
Duties and Taxes levied by the host country
are beyond our control and Scope. We Urge
our customers to check with the local
authorities to see what kind of import
duties are levied by the Country they
reside in.

| What if I am not satisfied
with my purchase? |
If you are not fully satisfied, we will
refund you the full purchase price. We
have a No Questions asked policy. All
we ask is that you return the item insured
for the amount of your purchase price
and we will refund your purchase price.
We cannot refund the Shipping Charges.

| What about damaged shipments? |
If you have accepted the package and
you notice that it is visibly damaged,
meaning the carton Or the tube is damaged,
then we will ship you another package.
Please keep the item with you As the insurance
inspector may want to pick it up or inspect
it. If the outer packaging is intact but
The contents are damaged they we will
issue you a call tag, meaning that we
will have the Shipping company pick up
the item and we will send you another
Replacement item immediately.
