Wholesale Account Terms and Conditions

Welcome to an affiliate of U S Art Inc., Wholesale Terms Section. We would like to impress upon you that this is for Dealers who are or wish to Be in the Art business.

Our Start up package is simple you will need your Business License Number and your State Sales Tax id number and purchase at least $300.00 Dollars worth of prints.

Framed Art is $300.00 if you are picking up at our Mableton, Ga. Location or $ 600.00 Plus a Pallet charge of $35.00 per pallet if we are shipping. The shipping charges are over and above these charges and you the dealer are responsible for this cost.


Business help and suggestions

After you have signed up and created your wholesale Dealer account, we request that You provide us with some basic information so we can suggest the best art selection for your area and Demographics. We would request some basic information from you and to help you get started we can suggest some best selling art work that is doing good in your area among the age group and ethnic demographics of your specific area. You are welcome to use this service any time you choose.

If you do request help with this service our experts will put together a Order for you and the details faxed or emailed to you along with payment details. Once your payment is received we put your order in production and it is ready to ship via your Preferred Carrier or you may use our Carrier with whom we have negotiated discounts of up to sixty five percent!!

Well, you are on your way, the shipment will arrive to you in a few days and you unpack, Display, have home parties, and have fun and make money too!!! You can choose so many venues to display your product and sell online, direct sales, have your own store, display at your favorite restaurants, at ball games, gatherings events, the list goes on and on.


Discounts and pricing.

Your pricing will be based upon your purchasing, initially you will be issued a discount from the displayed price depending upon your frequency and volume this discount will be adjusted. You will be assigned; a customer service representative and he or she will work with you and help you get the right pricing. Remember this will not happen overnight and it will take time to get to the best discounts that we can offer. We are working in this together and it is very important that you succeed, because our success depends on your success!!!


Please see the shipping section to see how we package and ship your merchandise. Your shipment should come on Common Carrier Freight lines like R&L Carriers, or Yellow Freight Carriers these usually deliver in 18 wheeler trucks and you have two options

  1. Pick up at their terminal
  2. Order the shipment on a special truck with Lift Gate Service
  3. Find a location, if your facility does not have one, with a loading dock that can accommodate a large truck to unload the Pallets.

Wholesale Framed Art. Packaging and shipping
If you have established a Wholesale Account with our company, and place an order, depending on the number of prints, they are either shipped rolled in a tube or for larger orders (100 or More) they are shipped flat in a Card board box. Quantities of up to 500 prints are shipped by UPS. Orders larger than 500 prints are packaged on wooden pallets and then protected on all sides with cardboard and shipped on Common Carrier like R & L Carriers and Yellow Freight. If your company has an account with a particular carrier please specify so we make sure and use your Carrier.

If you have established a Wholesale Account with our company, and place an order, using your wholesale account log in and password protected account. We start producing your framed pieces immediately. Upon completion of your order, it is carefully inspected for accuracy and sent to the shipping department.

Wholesale orders are always sent via Common Carriers like R& L Carriers or yellow freight. If your company has an account with or have a preferred carrier please make sure to let us know so we use only them.

After inspection the order is then placed on specially made pallets that have a wooden back built into it for support. The framed art is carefully stacked and protected on all sides with heavy C flute cardboard sheeting and then Cling wrapped with a heavy gauge wrapping material; this in turn is secured with heavy duty bands to protect shifting in transit

Please be sure, to let us know if your facility can accommodate a large 18 wheel truck and also if you have a loading dock. If not we will ship on special truck that have a special lifting mechanism to bring the pallet to the ground. This is called a Lift Gate Service and has to be specified at the time of shipping.

We understand the importance of packaging and proper shipping. We strive to have your order out to you, in time. We have placed many checks in between so your overall experience with our company is fun and enjoyable.

Despite all our efforts, and sometimes because of circumstances beyond our control, Damages and mistakes do happen. We want to assure you that we will do everything with in our power, so it does not but in case it does, your merchandise is insured up to a $25.00 per picture

Damages and Insurance
We take utmost care in packaging your merchandise but there are times that things do go wrong and pictures do get damaged on their way to you. Now we are in business so We will have to take a responsible approach to damages. First of all, we ship your shipment fully Insured for a value of $25.00dollars per picture. So if you notice that the pallet is visibly broken and there is apparent damage
  • You must tell the driver and make a note on the lading document that the shipment arrived damaged.
  • Take a physical inventory to determine the extent of the damage and let the carrier’s customer service know, and file a claim with them.
  • Please do not attempt to ship any thing back to our location. Damage claims are between your company and the common carrier.
  • In our many years of experience damage claims have been minimal and have always been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
We have an extensive business help department and a customer service designed to help you pick the right merchandise for your business. To keep the pricing competitive we can not accept any returns on product. It becomes cost prohibitive when you look at the shipping costs to bring merchandise back.

The only option available to you as a business associate is to mark down the item that you are having trouble selling. For example you are trying to sell a Picture for $100.00 and it is not selling start by marking it down gradually in 10 percent increments most of the time it will sell. Worst case scenario, you can

  • hang it at home,
  • give it away as a gift or charity,
  • give it to your Ex.

But I am sorry you can not send it back to us. This helps us maintain the excellent pricing, we will be offering you. If you bog us down with returns then the price will go up.
