At U S art we take great pride in developing, Publishing and encouraging African American Art Prints and Posters that inspires, Motivates, Promote family values and encourages harmony and peace. We want your Shopping experience on our site to be fun and enjoyable. We strongly discourage the use of material that promote Profanity, Use of illegal drugs, Racial conflict, or material considered x-rated.

In Short we do not sell or promote sales of all material that is Anti Social. Below you will find Details about some common topics.

Copyrights: We at US Art Inc., Publish all kinds Art work, including African American Prints Posters and Limited Editions. We will not seek, encourage, Produce Material that infringes upon someone’s Copyrights. Since we are a Publisher our selves we truly understand the damages that are caused when material is copied and Rights are infringed, this hurts the whole industry. It takes away the incentive to publish and the much needed revenues are just not there to develop new Art Work. In short we do not buy sell or trade in pirated Material.

Racial and Hateful Images: We do not promote Sell or trade in any image that promotes social intolerance of any ethnic group.

Illegal Trades and Drugs: We do not sell images that promote illegal drugs and that promote illegal activities
Violence: There are some posters that slip through in this category they are mostly movie related posters depicting guns and Movie stars in the Movies they have done

Images that are offensive: We are a family business and do not promote publish or trade in works that are offensive in the common sense, for example we do not trade in xxx rated material or images depicting indecent. We however reserve the right to determine which images are appropriate for our site. We however welcome your suggestion and comments in this matter just drop in a note contact us.

Pronography: This is a little difficult area for us, because one persons Art work can be offensive to another. Artists, for centuries have produced Art work depicting art work of the human body and female forms that nude pictures are a commonplace in the Art Industry, we try to keep that within reason and try to walk that line between Art and indecent exposure.
